What?!?! Bud your 15, dont even think about taking MRI N02 Black. Read reviews before you decide just from what people post on here. You would be taking the most potent NO2 supplement in existence, ups your insulin intake as well...read up bud, your way too young to be worrying about this...my suggestion is build your pre wo diet up, and down a whey shake before, dont start tapping into these types of supplements till your 18, you would do some serious damage if taken wrong...

Heres a review fyi:

Not so great

26 Jul 2007 - Anthony of Wisconsin, USA writes:

I came to the conclusion the No2 Black was the cream of the crop. I started this on a Monday and I had more focus, better lifts, and a noticable amount of strenth gain. I had taken this for 5 days, and on the 2nd night I had a TOTAL eryctile disfunction to the point where I could hardly finish. I just thought it was weird as hell, well sure enough the next day I had the same thing, but this time I had heart pelpultations and muscle spasoms in my ears, chin, legs biceps every hour or so...so after 4.5 days i had decided im done, and the night I decided to stop taking it at about 11 p.m. I had a stomach pain to the point were I fell over (Not even kidding). Overall in the gym it was amazing but these were some serious side effects. Not worth the pain and money at all.

SUPPLEMENT CRITIC.COM - MRI NO2 BLACK REVIEWS

...read up, your way too young to start with these kind of supplements.

hmmm im not sure what to say about that story there but really if you look at the ingrediants in a pre workout sup all your taking in are vasodilators like arginine and taurine vitamin b6 and cafein speads your heart rate. now some say that they have trace elements of IGF-1 (labrada suer charge) but if you have these insane reactions to legale supps then i would be more worried about the problems that were there be4 hand that the supp just stired up. if your under 18 the amount of test your body is creating now is at such a surge point that all you really need to do is creat a anabolic state by eating regularly and take bcaa's glutamin and some creatine, but concetrate on good training and eating. but if you must take a pre workout sup try one with a lower dose of stimulants or just take l-arginine 5-15mg a day and an energy drink. just watch for negative signs, muscle spasms and palpations are some but if you never take the time to ensure a healthy life style outside the gym the effects of some of the sups available can be negative.

The weird thing is that that guy experienced E.D. which is weird because NO2 increases blood flow and opens up the veins and capularies. Along with the other problems he had it could have been that he took WAY too much of it, or he had an allergic reaction to one or some of the ingredients of it. NO2 will not effect your hormones there, I would love to see documented research stating that a nitric oxide product would effect hormone levels in someone...Now I don't disagree with you that 15 is really young to start at the top and what not, at that age they should be consuming food, BCAA's, vitamins, minerals and a protein supplement, especially if they are just starting out. Now the further you go I think that creatine and no2 products are ok and no Prohormones until 21.

ill agree with you on the point of prohormones starting at 21, but personal opinion i'm just thinking 15 is way too young to be taking any type of NO supplement, especially because (im just going out on a limb here) he hasnt been seriously working out for a few years. he needs to get a good backing as we all agree with diet, bcaa's, multi's, and protein...minerals he will consume through food. im not stating the guys case above was false or true, im using it as a (its a possiblility). i dont want this kid getting geared on the wrong foot too early, altering his workouts, not having good muscle stability and feeling like he can do 20+ reps each time increasing the risk of injury. again im no doctor, but im just stating my opinion... the kids too young and he needs good backing and a good SOLID natural base...and then build on top of that. if we gear him on the wrong direction now, it'll be harder to alter down the road.

i started at 15 training and ill tell ya it took probably 4 years to really get what i had to do with just food sleep and trainin. but i can also understand the pressure of seeing all the older guys adn not only that if someone else your own age gets bigger faster its not fair...but well life isnt fair. too all the young guys out there just train hard and smart and if your still at it at 20 or 25 trust me youll be huge no matter what if you put in the time and pay your dooooose

I agree with you, a solid natural base is always a plus, but that isn't to say that if he were to take these supplements on his own will and not based on mine, as well as a lot of other experienced lifters in here who posses a lot of knowledge about these things, that he would have all sorts of troubles, because in all honesty he really wouldn't because N.O. is not a hormonally based products, opposed to something like SUS500 or M1T. Yes he would be safe taking it (assuming he doesn't have an allergic reaction to something in the supplement) but like you said, he should definately build up a good solid base.

Eat like a mofo (clean though) get enough sleep, train smart (if you have a question about your routine, just ask the knowledgable people here) and you should do fine. Get at least 3 years of good solid training under your belt before diving into these things, your body will respond much better than if you start them now and don't understand the mechanics behind it all.

agree with you completely, and also you scott...thanks for the helpful words of advice, and hopefully more younger guys see this and take into consideration the choices they make.
