Hey

I know someone that is in the same grade as me, a junior in highschool and he is maxing bench press out at 370 with no help. Is that normal. He has a list of supps he takes anabolic steroids and stuff. Just wondering. He warms up with like 225 like 20 or so times. He is huge. anyways hit me up

not normal, but definitely not uncommon....plus the roids are an obvious factor.

when i was 18 i was benching over 400lbs natural...rare, but not uncommon...it does happen, take into consideration of how long he's been training too

lbj isn't exactly normal as you can see. as a junior in high school i maxed at 275, but i had friends benching close to 500. its' definitely not common but not totally unthinkable.

I'm starting as a junior in a few days and I'm already at 450 (prob less now after injury) but it is possible.

well im 16 and max at 225 and rep 185, anyone got any ideas on how to get that up??? should i do inciline bench, dedcline and normal the same day? anytrhing lol someone tell me hahah

i could bench 300 if i wanted to but i've only gone as high as 275.
steroids lol.. when are kids gonna learn....
i imagine his diet is about as good as mine (****house) .. and of course, he's prolly doing Test and/or Dianabol which is obviously gonna give anyone a limited edge

by limited i mean by the time he ****s himself up

Junior is 16 going on 17 in Canada. Prob the same in the U.S.

Decline is the devil's exercise. It does nothing for you and is just a show-off exercise. You're better off doing flat bench with incline and flyes at the end

yeah i'm a sophmore and i put up 275...my teamate in football puts up like 405
