From what I've used and heard from others, BSN is pretty legit. I'd give it a shot.

cosign gg1, but bud your going for rugby, dont hinder your speed for size...build up with true-mass, but make sure you keep your endurance up... otherwise your just going to gain size, and your lower body wont be used to carrying a higher weight...which in turn will limit your speed, and decrease your athleticism. bulk up, but do it smartly keeping your endurance up...just my opinion.

True Mass was pretty solid, but I'm gunna take it's main competition next: Size On. I'll let you know what I think after both.

ive just started true mass today and the vanilla is gorgeous, the best thing is, even though some people use it as a meal replacement you dont feel bloated after it and feel fine to eat.

Sooo i want to get thicker..thanks to CellMass and Syntha6 ive noticeably gotten big as hell (my girlfriend took pics of before and after and i didn't know it until she showed me one day). But great example is my arms. They're at a size 16 right now. If i wanted to add mass to my body is this a safe way to go or should i be worried about my calorie intake? I should also mention i do cardio about 20 mins 4 times a week. Does this need to increase too if i want to get something like this?

cardio is generally looked upon as counter muscle productive as its using up calories that could be going towards weight gain.

Remember excess calories at the end of the day = weight gain and the same goes for reduced calories in the opposite way (this is all based on maintanice calories needed)

so if your taking a weight gainer to help get in extra calories but doing cardio your kinda shooting yourself in the foot,
Cut the cardio if you still dont gain then maybe look into the weight gainer
