i make this at home after every work out and its excellent both in taste and in nutrition:
2 frozen strawberries: 100grams = 2 grams protein and 32 calories
1 egg= 100grams = 13 grams protein, 143 calories
1 banana= 2 grams protein, 110 calories
500 ml milk= 20 grams protein, 230 calories
1 TBS honey= 50 calories, A LOT of energy and vitamins
Nesquick strawberry milk sauce= 60 calories
so in total you guys will get about 37 grams of natural protein and 625 calories. pretty good i think
if you want added protein i suggest an extra egg, or some strawberry flavor protein powder, and for extra calories u can add maybe some strawberry
ice cream, that will boost it up to maybe 900 calories. as well you got your daily intake of fruits, a good amount of calcium and your daily vitamins... bon appetite
