Hey guys do you think this would be a great product to use to mix and drink with water during my training??

has 5 grams of creatine 2.5 grams of leucine, 1.25 grams of isoleucine, and 1.25 grams of valine in each serving. 60 servings for only 28 bucks??

What you think??

try ON 100% Instantized Gold Standard Whey Protein, combined with (any) creatine mono+glutamine. if what you are talking about is for real try it out man, find out what your body can handle and what it responds to.
