I'm getting a lot of mixed messages. I'm taking isopure protein and no one says anything about that. I take celltech creatine and people tell me it's the best and people tell me it's a joke. I'm lost in a world of useless post. Please if you don't have proof to back it up don't post. All other post welcome.

i have never tried either of them. but a few of my friends have tried cell-tech and gained ~10lb's so , i would say it works ok. but from your pictures, i think you need to get off the creatine and lose a bit of weight, dont take offense to it, its just my opinion bud.

hows your diet? dont focus so much on creatine when you’re just starting out..big mistake..youre going to depend on this and its not going to be a miracle solution to building muscle..

You should be taking creatine, creatine will not hamper fat loss whatsoever, it may actually enhance it. Cell tech BLOWS. I agree with Pain, there is no miracle supplement, you need a good diet first.

if u want to use creatine .. take a pure creatine powder .. and 5 to 10 grams per day it's enough .. and it does it work probly .. and don't forget to add simple carbs in your post workout shake after your workout

Its a rip off, you are paying for creatine and flavored sugar. You can only take this after a workout, any other time would be terrible as it would spike insulin levels, which when done consistantly at unfavorable times (any time other then after a workout) will promote what is called insulin resistance. This is due to the fact that the receptors become down regulated when they are exposed to a high concentration of the hormone. Extreme cases of insulin resistance is known as type II diabetes, where the body has become so insulin resistant, due to usually a combination of obesity and poor eating/living habits that caused the obesity.

This question is for HDogg only. Do you recommend I stop taking creatine until I burn my fat off? If you don't what type of creatine (brand most importantly) do you recommend that I take?

Absolutely you should still take creatine. Bodybuilding is not an overnight sport bro, it takes years to reach a desirable physique. It going to be tough for you right now to burn all your fat off. Keep lifting, clean up your diet and bulk up a bit, you will find things a lot easier.

Thats scary hdogg!! I took cell-tech for a while and saw great gains, but I also started hearing the rumors of cell-tech and quit taking it. I'm now taking this stuff called ORASTAN-E. Have you heard anything about it? If so, what?

to me cell tech makes you hold a lot of water. If you are the type of person who is just looking to get big with no definition then cell tech would do just that. Once you stop taking it, you will lose your size quick.
