Its a difficult game to play,
NOXplode should be taken pre workout, but so should the lipo6, but I would not take them at the same time because they work against each other, one has caffeine which shrinks the veins and arteries in the body, while the noxplode dialates the veins and arteries to increase blood flow allowing for a big pump and strength gain. I would say do one at a time, they work against each other. Now if you want to be hardcore about this then let me suggest a routine (assuming your schedule will allow it). Wake up in the morning drink 2-3 glasses of water and take a serving of say lipo6 or lipo6x...do not eat, if you need something only take in about 10grams of protein, then go a do cardio in the am. Now go home, eat breakfast get ready and leave the house to do your chores. Now around noon or 1pm take your next serving of lipo6(x) and continue your day. Workout time would be around 5pm now take your serving on NOXplode 15 minutes before 5, and you would be good! Now I know you might now be able to do something like this because I don't know your daily schedule but that would be an optimal way of taking these supplements at the same time.
