Pre workout + Fat burner OKAY???

Is it okay to take a prework out sup. and a fat burner within the same day?

The timeframe would be this :

Pre workout sup 15 mintues before workout (let's call it NoXplod) 1.5 hour work out with cardio then home.

1 hours later (total time after pre workout sup. is taken is 2 hours 45 mintues) take does of Fat Burner (lets say Lipo6) and then later in day as instructed take second dose of Fat burner.

Is taken the two of these products okay and can the sup be mixed and matched as for Brand?

I'm going to say yes. HOWEVER, you have to find your tolerance level for stimulants. I can handle that easily, but I know of some who cannot.

yes it is fine bro. however, with lipo 6...IMO it is best to take pre workout man. it says directly on the bottle to take them before the workout.

if you find yourself to jittery, or feeling uncomfortable with that much caffiene, discontinue the product you feel you need less. for example, if you think it is more essential to have a fat burner pre cardio and workout, use that and get rid of noxplode.

I think I am gonna do my preworking sup, work out then about 2 hours later take my first dose of fatblaster and see where it goes from there. Do this for about 2 weeks and see how I sit then.

Its a difficult game to play, NOXplode should be taken pre workout, but so should the lipo6, but I would not take them at the same time because they work against each other, one has caffeine which shrinks the veins and arteries in the body, while the noxplode dialates the veins and arteries to increase blood flow allowing for a big pump and strength gain. I would say do one at a time, they work against each other. Now if you want to be hardcore about this then let me suggest a routine (assuming your schedule will allow it). Wake up in the morning drink 2-3 glasses of water and take a serving of say lipo6 or lipo6x...do not eat, if you need something only take in about 10grams of protein, then go a do cardio in the am. Now go home, eat breakfast get ready and leave the house to do your chores. Now around noon or 1pm take your next serving of lipo6(x) and continue your day. Workout time would be around 5pm now take your serving on NOXplode 15 minutes before 5, and you would be good! Now I know you might now be able to do something like this because I don't know your daily schedule but that would be an optimal way of taking these supplements at the same time.
