If drinking alot of caffeine before workout decreases your pump size why do alot of people do it??? and yes that is a fact. like drinking coffee before workout will decrease the size of ur pump or having a redbull

Well I dont know the actual facts about it but when Im cutting and I take Lipo6 which has a significant amount of caffeine I get pretty good pumps. Better than normal. Thats me though. Where did you read those facts? I am interested in reading up on it.

Also a pump is good but it does not mean your getting a great workout. The cafffeine boost one will get can help in assuring someone they will get a great workout. On the other hand sometimes a good pump can have a negative effect. For example sometimes when I do dumbell curls my forearms will get so pumped that my grip starts to give but I know I can do a few more curls.

Also have you ever taken La Brada supercharge. for two scoops it contains 300mg caffeine and I still get a huge pump when using that product.

No, good topic bro. I did some research and its mixed. It really varys depending on the person. I.E Body weight, caffeine resistance, and how much consumed. It has to do with disrupting glucose absorbtion. Thats why its believed to have a negative effect on Nitric Oxide.

The reason they say it decreases your pumps is because caffeine restricts the blood flow, so that when the caffeine hits your system it gives you that rush because the concentration levels are higher. When using something to increase pump like a nitric oxide product, just the reverse, it opens up the blood flow allowing more blood to flow to the muscles providing more vital nutrients and blood to the muscle allowing it to recover faster and get stronger in order to allow you to lift that weight again.

Yeah thats the label definition. Theres a lot more variables to it than that. Like I said it depends on many things according to actual research and studys. ^^^Thats exactly what I stated but I took it a step further mentioning glucose. Theres a good site where a couple of scientist argue back and forth rearding this issue. Pm me as I am not sure if I can post the link or not.

Getting a pump and stimulating hypertrophy/growth are 2 different animals. I can get a great PUMP by doing 50 push-ups or 50 light curls w/ 50 tri-pull downs, however, that will be all you get is a pump.
Sounds like there needs to be some homework done here.
