N.o explode or creatine

hey guys,
im 16 and im choosing between Bsn N.O explode or just some kind of creatine. monohydrate say?
wat do think think will get better results over all quicker.
btw i have tryed no explode and it feels great although i ve never tried creatine.

Use creatine monohydydrate you get good results from it and it will be cheaper than the NO EXPLODE

my best gains have come from a combination of both creatine and no2. it kinda sucks to spend more money, but it pays off in the gym. for me at least.

Creatine is creatine at the end of the day buddy... although, I have heard great things about NO Explode.... If you can afford em both, Sweet! If not just load up and pump out!!

Why don't you buy creatine plus an arginine supplement too this helps with NO production too

^true. no xplode is mainly used to provide energy throughout your workout. it is pretty potent and works well for providing you with it. it has NO in it, and a small amount of creatine (about 1g/scoop). If you are looking to supplement with creatine, this is not nearly enough. So, get a creatine mono supp and then mix 5g for post workout. You can still use the no-xplode, and it works well. I have used both at the same time and seen decent results.

Okay thanks heeps guys.
i didnt know u can actually use them at the same time.
so mix the exact amount of N.O and the exact amout of creatine, in separate bottles at there prescribes times b4 gym?
u dont have to cut down on one or the other.? at the same time?

I'd say you should try to buy something for just quick results otherwise you going to end up in disapointment.
