Hi guys, i just bought these two supps, i train at 7 AM, so any tips that you recommend or i just take it like the instruction label says??

any comment is welcome, thanks.

If you're not sure, I would follow the label and do what it says. It's been a while since I've had SuperPump, but if I recall correctly, just do what the label says and you should start seeing gains.

Definatly get your pre-workout meal in about an hour before you take the Superpump. If you dont eat before your workout...worthless. If you eat and then take Superpump right away.....wasting your money. Its kinda a catch 22. So eat at six or a little before and then take the SP before you head to gym at seven. Give yourself about an hour after you eat before you take it.
I've been taking it for a while and I like the hell outta of it. Just be careful with how many scoops you start out taking. It says 1-3 scoops, but man I started taking three and had some major stomach problems about thirty min after my workout. So, I knocked it down to two scoops and its all good. One more thing....dont know what flavor you got, but one of the better ones is the Lemonade Frost. The orange isnt too shabby either. Good Luck man!! Make sure you get a good protein source in ASAP after your workout.

but it needs to be a full meal, or just something so i don't have an empty stomach?, i just took it today without eating and feel good, maybe is not yet working

Your pre-workout meal needs to be protein packed with a good carb souce but nothing thats sugar. Oats or something thats Medium-glycemic. Dont stuff yourself, or anything like that. You will notice, if you havent already, that your pre-workout meal will make or break your workout itself.
Some people do a shake and a whole wheat bagel or whatever. Something of that nature....Protein and carbs! In my opinion, you need to have your pre-workout meal down before you start using supps. Dont sacrifice one for the other. Especially because your lifting early and you have been fasting all night, you need to get a good meal in before you hit the gym.
Go ahead and eat something balanced and wait about an hour before you take the Superpump. This, IMO, would be your best bet and has served me well while using the SP.
One more thing... Give it about six weeks or so before you decide if its working or not.

great advice bud. i just ordered superpump250 as well and its good to hear these things before i go jumping into anything. it's much appreciated.

Just so you know, superpump (even if you eat before hand) will act as a diuretic afterwards (thats how they claim you can drop bodyfat and waterweight, just wanted to give you the heads up

what if i eat abit, and then take muscle juice (WeightGainer) 1 hour later take SP 250 then Workout will that be a good idea?

I've read about the stomach concerns regarding SP250 and being a first time user I’ve read the instructions of taking one scoop for the first 2-3 times in order to allow your body to get used of the product. It even says that a small meal prior to using SP250 may help first time users who may be sensitive to their stimulants.

I’ve been taking SP250, stacking with SizeOn now for three weeks and enjoying both. For me the pumps, strength and endurance have been great and looking for more. I take the products a little differently and seem to work for me. My w/o’s are at 6:00am, I now take two scoops of SP250 45 minutes before my w/o. During my w/o I take a scoop of SizeOn with a quarter scoop of SP250. I sip the mixture between sets and finish the rest immediately after my w/o (if there’s any left). After my shower and within an hour window I drink an ON Whey Protein Shake (2 scoops) with 20oz of milk. Between 9:30-10:00am I’ll have some steak/eggs, usually 4 eggs (2 yokes) and a piece of rye toast, V-8 or apple juice and maybe a cup of coffee with 4 smaller meals throughout the day. At bedtime I’ll drink an ISS-Micellar Matrix Shake in order to maintain protein intake throughout the night. On my rest days I take SizeOn before bedtime.

Like I said, I’ve been enjoying these products; however, the SizeOn I’m now taking is Grape flavored and for me, not so tasteful. My next SizeOn will be Lemon flavored. The SP250 I’m presently taking is Orange flavored and relatively good tasting. All set to reorder.

Do you guys even know what the ingredients are in the product you take. Know what they do also? or you just take the supps word for it.
