I've read about the stomach concerns regarding SP250 and being a first time user I’ve read the instructions of taking one scoop for the first 2-3 times in order to allow your body to get used of the product. It even says that a small meal prior to using SP250 may help first time users who may be sensitive to their stimulants.
I’ve been taking SP250, stacking with
SizeOn now for three weeks and enjoying both. For me the pumps, strength and endurance have been great and looking for more. I take the products a little differently and seem to work for me. My w/o’s are at 6:00am, I now take two scoops of SP250 45 minutes before my w/o. During my w/o I take a scoop of SizeOn with a quarter scoop of SP250. I sip the mixture between sets and finish the rest immediately after my w/o (if there’s any left). After my shower and within an hour window I drink an
ON Whey Protein Shake (2 scoops) with 20oz of milk. Between 9:30-10:00am I’ll have some steak/eggs, usually 4 eggs (2 yokes) and a piece of rye toast, V-8 or apple juice and maybe a cup of coffee with 4 smaller meals throughout the day. At bedtime I’ll drink an ISS-Micellar
Matrix Shake in order to maintain protein intake throughout the night. On my rest days I take SizeOn before bedtime.
Like I said, I’ve been enjoying these products; however, the SizeOn I’m now taking is Grape flavored and for me, not so tasteful. My next SizeOn will be Lemon flavored. The SP250 I’m presently taking is Orange flavored and relatively good tasting. All set to reorder.
