I have purchased a product from MHP, it's Probolic-SR. it's an amino acid, weight gain shake, would it be ok for me to mix it with hot water? Will this cause it to lose its effects?

It may sound stupid, but right now I don't have a blender, and I want to make sure it mixes through properly.

Why would hot water mix it better? Also if your putting it in a shaker cup the top will pop off.

As for the quetion it should not loose its effectiveness.

hot water is better cause it can break bonds between molecules and substance can b dissolved easily

but anyway dont use hot water..just warm water and blend well with spoon ..and all thing gonna b ok

hot water would also cause pressure build up, plus why drink it hot?

I use nlarge by prolab. I mix it with milk in a shaker. I mix it up and give it a good shake then put it in the fridge for an hour or so to give it time to dissolve. Then when I take it out I give it a shake and it's ready.

you just need to shake it harder man.... maybe your putting in too much protein compared to how much milk there is. Try adding more milk, or less protein... should help it dissolve
