im 15 and i want to start takin creatine i've had some acne before but now is starting to go away....if i start taking creating will i break out again????

creatine wont affect hormone level so you will not get increased acne

oh come on cook! well all know that cell tech is the next best thing to using AAS or PH. It HAS to mess with your hormones. I mean Jay takes it and he is a monster. I dont think muscletech would steer us wrong. HAHA

anyway, in all seriousness bro:

any type of micronized creatine monohydrate will do. usually if it is a reputable brand you should be alright.
