Hey everyone.

"not a fan of pills" Im debating on taking "Ripped Fuel"but don't know if it would work well plus its a pill.Any options about flax Oil? will that help me with fat loss? sorry so many question bros well hope to hear from people soon thanks.

Flax oil- is healthy fat - no it won't help with fat loss.

Don't know why you have a pre-ocucpation about taking things per mouth.

Will gelcaps work? Take dialene. Layne isn't going to put his name on something that is BS.

Read Layne's article, read more threads, your questions have already been addressed 1k times and it gets old.

You know you say you exercise for 30 minutes everyday, well, have you not seen any changes yet without any help of supplements?
Also, what is your general diet like? because if you are trying to cut fat then that is where alot of people go wrong. To cut fat you should restrict yourself from eating carbohydrates but then you need a certain amount of carbs for energy so I currently only eat carbohydrates for breakfast such as porridge!

Hello,

Recently, I've been doing a lot of research on flax seed oil and its many health benefits. All the health benefits of flax seed oil had me convinced pretty quick, and I had bought myself a 6 months supply of flax seed supplement in no time, and I've been taking them every morning and every night. You can use flax oil containing supplement.

Good Luck
