There is this protein powder here in Australia that is in nearly every gym. I've been taking it for awhile but after read Franco Columbu's book I've become sceptical about protein powders. He explained that heaps of them don't work. Now, I don't understand about all the right ingredients you need for it to be sufficient for building muscle, I just can't understand them. I've been getting results but that may be my other food around the powder. Can someone please have a look at this and tell me if it's alright:
