I have never tried there suppelements but I know there drink will get you wired.

My friend and I went to a nutrition store one time and I told him never take two at a time. This kid was weird so he drank two to see what it did. We were at the beach and we split up. 30min later I caught up with hi and I said dude what the hells wrong with you. Get this he couldnt stay still and was pouring sweat. He said he had to run or something because his heart was beating to fast and he had all this energy in his legs so he had been running around for 15 min. hahaha what an idiot. Thats over 600mg cafeine in one serving.

i guess if you're just starting on it, you're only supposed to drink 1/2 the bottle. I've heard nothing but, "it fucked with me" stories from people that've taken it.
