ON whey, that blends well with a spoon, but ive tried other proteins that just cant blend with a spoon, so you get those chunks at the top. my suggestion, buy a shaker and before you leave, put the protein in the shaker dry with no solution...fill it when u need, shake, and chug...rinse it out and dry it, refill it back up with the protein you put in the ziplock bag, with no solution....fill it before you drink, shake, and chug again...
