I recently looked at the label of a product of creatine i will soon buy. It is MHP's TRAC Extreme No. It simply says to take a serving before you workout. I thought you were supposed to take creatine throughout the day and after workouts too?

Yeah but this is mainly a NO product with added Creatine like No Xplode. The goal to make a preworkout supplement is what MHP achieved with TRAC. A creatine standalone is what you would load on.

so does that mean im better off buying a supplement that is just creatine

yeah you should just get some plain creatine mono split your dose half before and half after workout. take it with some dextrose to give yourself an insulin spike

for the most part creatin mono is creatine mono, no need to pay big bucks for it just find something inexpensive

You can get powder form at wal-mart for 12 bucks..... pill form of mono by weider for 10 bucks need some grape juice with that but its good stuff and cheap,,,
