I have been using ethly ester creatine then switched to anavol by nxlabs and am just getting done with that. Im taking a couple week break from creatine, will i lose anything? size? please let me know or do you keep everything gained

you may possibly lose water weight that has been stored into your muscles from the creatine.

i recently stopped taking creatine, i havent taken it in over a month and my weight has dropped 4 pounds

sometimes its good to cycle off, and cycle back on imo... i personally do it with no-xplode because my body becomes more and more immune to it, making any feel for the supplement physically impossible unless i up the dosage im taking. so i do 2 months on, 1 month off...

well.. i hate creatine cause of that bloat of water ..and when u stop it 4 any reason u lose weight and strength ...

for every 3 months you take a supp take about 1 month off.
