A quick Google search brought up some of the particulars; they banned 18 ingredients, listed below. Obviously the "new" PH's do not contain these ingredients which makes me question their potency and if they really work. Much like after ephedrine was banned, new thermo’s hit the market minus the ephedrine, but they just weren't the same. Are the new PH's victims of the same fate?
