Its pretty good you just wont get a kick becuase it doesnt have caffeine. As for the pump its OK

^^^ agreed... it all depends on whether you like getting that extra kick in the ass, if you don't mind not having it then this is a good product

MHP is good stuff. I've have pretty good results with all of their products. Go with the fruit punch.
