It's definately a good lean protein! A lot of the MRI products are expensive but if you want results they are definately worth the price tag. For a good pre-workout pump check out their N3O. 4 pills and a ton of water later you will have one of the best pumps you've ever felt.

Beware though, the Pro-NOS is really thick and it will take a lot of liquid to mix it thoroughly. I like the Chocolate flavor from them.
