Agree but BCAAS are one of the most dificult to obtain from a diet even a propper one at that. I would recomend it because to me its like creatine we know you get about 2 -3 g per steak but Idealy you want to take in 5-10g and thats difficult to do with food. Pluss BCAAS are dirt cheap you can get OPTIMUM FOR 12 DOLLARS AT 120CAPS.

But you right freak you should always have the diet in check first.

^ true stuff bro. i buy optimim bcaa's. they work well i guess..nothing as noticble as creatine..but im sure they are doing their job

Yeas you can take them together. They do different things. I take mine before and after a workout. FYI studys have shown that taking BCAAS during your workout is good to. Just something to think about.

Thanks brotha. Yeah I noticed a little recovery enhancement while taking them during my workout before.

At one point my scheduale was a little wacky so pre and post workout supps were hard to take before and after at one point. So I started buying this EAS drink that had 42 or 47 g protein and a **** load of BCAAs and I would sip on this during my workout and I noticed that my lifting was more effective and recovery time was enhanced and then this study I am reffering to came out a couple of weeks ago and it all made sense.

I cant remember where I read it but If I find it I will post it. I read stuff all day.
