hi i am taking a protine supplement that is called muscle milk i have one 20 minouts before my workout and i have another one 20-30 minouts after my workout i need to know if this is enough for good growth.
I was also thinking about purchising cyto gainer and taking that 3 times a day cause you are supose to. well let me know and give me some info please. soon! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !!
1-1.5g protein per pund of lean muscle mass is enough for good growth. You should be ingesting a complete protein (ie, lean meats, protein powders etc..) every couple of hours so you stay in a positive Nitrogen balance. and then add to that carbs and fats for the energy needs.
