i may sound stupid but i am a 13 year old boy. jus wondering if i can get bad affects from taking creatine. if not what kinds do u guys prefer. also i weight train followed by a brutal 2 hour wrestling practice. i take plenty of protein shakes. the usual morning pre/post workout. i am pretty well built for my age considering i am one of the bigger kids in my school.i currentley hold the pull-up record of 32. basically im clearing the picture that im not a lilttle pussy. any help would be greatly appreciated. thx colton-

welcome to the dungeon Colton.. Creatine in naturally found in the body and your body makes it too. So it's not a bad thing at all, just take the correct dosage and work hard in the weight room.

I have not had any bad side affects from creatine.. Just keep your water intake at a gallon.

I prefer GNC, cheap, it works and its the only thing from GNC witht the GNC brand I would buy. The side effect you will get if you do it right is nominal weight gain in the form of intermuscular water retention.

Thats a good thing and a bad thing, you won't gain alot of water weight but you want to make sure your not passing over into another weight class if your straddling between.

The water retention is not the same as bloating, it won't make you look bad.
