Ok. So my friend was on Superpump250 for about a tub and he really liked it, but then he noticed that he wasen't responding to well to it. He still had that pump, but not as much, and he was taking basicly all he could take. He then tried No Explode the other day and thought it was pretty good, but maybe not as good as it could be. So he went to GNC today and told the guy the story, since he knows the guy. The GNC guy told him to try NO Shotgun, but for some reason my friend isn't to happy to try that. So he asked about NaNoX9, and the guy said that he takes that also, so his body dosen't get used to the NO Shotgun. Is that true? And could he take the NO Explode/Superpump with the NaNox9? Maybe just take the NaNox9 for a few weeks and then swtich back to NO Explode or Superpump? Or would shotgun be better? Thanks

The truth is, some people don't respond to NO that well. Some people also start taking it and get decent results and as they go on the results buffer out, thats also normal.

The most important thing isn't the brand persay, its the NO itself. It's not a nessesary supplement so he shouldn't worry about that.

He can try cycling on and off it and see what results he gets, or he can try to take a little more than the instructions say IF he is a little larger. The instructions are't specific to bodyweight so with some supplements you need some variation.

1. dont go to gnc anymore, they will rip you off for every $ you spend

2. stay away from muscletech products, they are way overpriced

3. no explode is probably your best bet, unless the no shotgun is really that much better based on the stuff in it

I don't know about NO shotgun. But I've taken no-explode quite a few times. A great product. The one that seems to serpass it is Animal Pump though. I have a taken quite a few pre-work out supps in the past, and Animal Pump has my vote. GG1, if you like No-explode, I guarentee you won't be dissapointed in Animal Pump. Give it a try bro.

It's time realeased L-arginine. For the money, do you think it is?? I used it and got decent pumps, but as KEN stated above, caffiene and creatine will give you all the boost you need.

Can you mix creatine and/or glutamine in your coffee? Does the hot water damage either one?

And on the discussion about NO, is NITRIX any good? It says to take 3 caps 3 times a day...and that you shouldn't take it with glutamine... if I am not mistaken.

I have some NITRIX and some NaNoX9...I have heard mixed reviews on both. Some say that they are awesome and some say that they are crap...any thoughts?

Thanks guys!
