Hey guys I just did a show about a month ago and now I can finally focus on bulking. So I have decided to do a PH cycle using Havoc and Superdrol. My stats are:
5'10"
220
10% bf

Goals are
235
10- 11% bf

I'll have my diet in check before I start with about a 40/40/20 split and about 3500 calories or so.

This is waht the cycle would look like.

Week 1 Havoc 20 mg
Week 2-3 Havoc 40 mg
Week 4 Havoc 20 mg/ Sd 20 mg
Week 5-6 SD 40 mg
Week 7 SD 20 mg

Support supps will be
AX perfect Cycle, B5, Optimen, Protein, Universal Joint Support

PCT:
Nolva 40/40/20/20
AX Retain2 or SNS Reduce XT
Maybe DS Activate

Please let me know what you think I plan on starting in about3 weeks or so.

Are you doing Superdrol or S-drol? jUST wondering.

I am on epistane right now which is the same product. I wouldnt do suprdrol with it. There both methylated products plus with a high Havoc dosage you should get Superdrol like effects. I have taken Superdrol and there are to many side effects to report. Stick with Havoc and work up to 50 mg. I am seeing great gains.

Also 7 weeks on a methylated product is way to long for your liver bro. 5 weeks max. Some people can do six on Havoc but thats up to you.

For your support supps throw in
Hawthorne Berry
Red yeast rice
Coq10
Saw Palmetto
Fish oil or flaxeed oil

Your PCT looks Ok assuming you are taking the real Nolva. Gauge yourself when you get to week 3. People have had there boys bounce back in 3 weeks.

ok cool Ive been back and forth with the two methyls, It is superdrol. What you think stacking furazadrol or Orastan-E with it?I am taliking about the real Nolva also.

out of those, orastan e is the best to stack with IMO...
but why are you using SD??? it's the most toxic to liver PH on the market

I wouldnt take Superdrol. Thats the number one PH for Delayed Gyno. But if your going to take it I would do Superdrol and Furazadrol. That would be compares to taking Superdrol with the old Halodrol-50. Bulk then cut cycle.

Furazadrol Is the exact same compount as Orastan A wich is the closest to winnie.

Im going to take havoc for sure not the SD and was goin to stack that with Furazadrol or the Orastane.
