Heh, I remember I used a bunch of those in my earlier days (damn, Im talking like Im that old and shit, lol!). It tastes weird and funny imo. They got a lot of different flavors. 14$ is cheap so go for it. I payed much more for it and its not even worth it. There is no use what so ever for casein shakes as long as your diet is in check! I usually eat a tunafish can with some oil right before bed. Its probably good for variation though. Cant argue with that.
