well thats what usually happens with alot of people that take it, their bodies get used to the caffiene content..how long have you been off of it?

maybe its time to start a new cycle of it

id say 4-5 months...i wanted to try something new...what do you thin about maximum human performances' TRAC? i heard victor martinez is on it and they got that SARM X that sounds pretty crazy

5g glutamine
5g BCAA

Post workout I will eat a bannana with my shake and eat a solid post workout meal a hour later.

i dont know why u guys hate muscletech so much..im not contradicting you bit whats the reason? ive never taken any muscletech products so i dont know if they work or not

Well, they are usually about $70 per tub. They give NO results. You're, as I've said before on another thread, are basically buying a seventy dollar tub of Kool-Aid.

Pre-workout: 30-40grams protein (depending on how much im lacking in protein intake on the day), 300ml milk, and bowl of oatmeal (1 serving) 30 min-1 hour before workout
