weaight gainer selection!.

Hi guys.

I need to put on some weight, so i was wondering which weight gainer i should use.

I thought about Cytogainer and Truemass, wasnt sure whivh one was more effective and had more gains? Any thoughts?

Also, does anyone recommend any weight gainers from GNC? Like Mass XXX

So if anyone could tell me the best gainer out of the ones i mentioned above, thatd be great.

listen to lbjs choice, tke monster food..he says it works great..so go look into that

but if your only limited to the 2 choices, go with cytosports cytogainer

Can you find Monster food in the U.S?

I like Optimum Nutrition Pro complex Gainer, and Universal Real Gains. Those have workeed well for me

What I like them is that unlike Cytogainer these contain Caseine protein so you can also take this before you go to bed.

Yeah theres nothing wrong with cytogainer but you can get the same thing with CASEINE protein for the same price. Universal real gains is my favorite for the price. Taste I would have to take my hat off to Optimums Vanilla Custard. YUMMMMMMMM

Gains will vary with each body. Make sure you are eating all your whole food meals and in addition take the weight gainer. It is not to "replace" meals. Just remember that. Also, with the extra calories coming in you'll be able to move heavier weights so hit them hard.

ive tried a little cytogainer but it wasnt mine so i can say it tastes good and i've heard it works pretty good too

gnc weight gainer will make you lose weight instead of gaining after you repeatedly throw it up. gnc brand stuff is the worst tasting shit there is and it costs so much for no obvious reason
