Hi im new at this site and I was wondering on how to shed some body fat Im currently at 195 at 16% my goal is to cut that in half. I wanted to know what type of supplements I can use to assist me on cutting aswell as gaining strength. I was planning to try some legal steroids but dont know much about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Firstly how old are you? If you're under 21, you should not be asking for any AAS or TEST products, it's just asking for trouble. If you're over 21, post in the steroid section, and you'll prob get a lot of help from Zomb131 and LBJ.

Im 24 in the military. I work out 6 times a week and a day off. Every morning I have to run between 4 to 6 miles and at night wwhen I lift I usually do 30 minutes of cardio.

I might be wrong on my body fat my waist line is 29 1/2 in and I have a six pack and everything I just want veins to be popping out of me

Ohh. If you have a six pack and 29' waistline you should be in the single digits, but I could be wrong. Just try eating a low-sodium diet. You may have some water weight, which might be blurring the veins. But then again you just might not have Leo Ingram type vascularity. Post your diet and I we can help you a bit. But for now just wait on the steroids.

Breakfast: 6 egg white and 2 whole eggs and a banana
2 hours later 50 grams protein shake
2 hours later 10 ounce chicken and a cup of brown rice
2 hours later 50 grams of protein shake and an orange
2 hours later 12 ounce of steak or 2 1/2 cups of tuna a cup of brown rice
2 hours later a protein shake.
The method that I know for my body fat is the neck and waist line measurement my neck is only 15in

Try to go to a place where they test it for like $10 bucks. They're usually pretty accurate and are worth the 10 - 20 bucks to get an accurate measurement. We can't all have Johnnie Jackson necks. The gym I go to has a station were this really hot girl will do it for you and she'll give you an accurate reading. Most Dr.'s will do them for a reasonable price.
