Hi guys, i just need suggestion what would be the good shakes or supplements to gain my weight currently im using Allmax QuickMass,i gain few lbs + muscle though, but if somebody out there have any sugestion what would be the better one. All info will appreciated

use mass xxx, 1000 calorie shakes...but mass wise to get your size up eat man, eat all day, and make sure its clean food your bringing in.

been on a a couple short bulks here and there...other products worked well, but tried this mass xxx, gnc makes it and its got it all for dirt cheap. i hate gnc, but had great gains last time i used it for a 2 week bulk...now im going month and so i got the huge bucket. dont substitute shakes for meals tho, make sure of that. drink your high calorie shakes in addition to any meals your eating. alot of people can bulk up, but if you dont bulk up clean your just going to get fat. clean bulk, with your high calorie shake a day, is going to get you some good gains. so i have a better understanding, how old are you? and what are your stats?

im 17, last time i measure around 155-165 lbs somewhere there i will measure it again to make sure. thanks again
