i got pure creatine mono and it says to take it like 30-6g spread throughout the day in equal doses.
musashi growling dog creatine it is... it cost me like $39 for a "not so big" container of it.. but hell im not using that much a day especially when i dont lift.
i may use 5-10g before and after gym. thats all but still.. why would they say 30-60 or whatever amount spread throughout the day every day??

yes I was right here are the direction to your creatine.

Use 5g, 4-6 times per day for 5-7 days to 'load'.
Follow with 5g, 1-2 times per day for 4-6 weeks.
Follow with 2-4 weeks 'rest' with no Creatine.
Return to loading phase and start the cycle again

the most common way in cycling pure creatine mono is;
week 1 - 5g into 4-6 doses for a load, but obviously depending on how big you are determines how many times you need to take it
weeks 2-12 5g Pre\PostWO

so many creatine supps out there, don't state good cycling info on them...
