the most common way in cycling pure creatine mono is;
week 1 - 5g into 4-6 doses for a load, but obviously depending on how big you are determines how many times you need to take it
weeks 2-12 5g Pre\PostWO
so many creatine supps out there, don't state good cycling info on them...
