I just got aminuo fuelo 2000. I've never used a aminoacid supplement before , so i would like some directions, the label says 2 - 4 tablets with each meal, I eat like 6 times a day lol! So any recomendations will be very appreciated

i used it a while ago and it helped me to lose some fat, but that was while ago, and recently i used but in liquid not pills, hey i see your from hermosillo, if you have msn, let's get in contact
