So right now I'm getting ready to start cutting up. So I have two questions:
1. Does creatine fit into a cutting routine? And where?

2. What brand of thermogenic would you recommend?

Use creatine all the time IMO. Creatine puts water in the muscle fibers. It doesnt make you look bloated.(myth) Use any Creatine Monohydrate. I use EAS.

Creatine will make you bloat a little.

Pick up some micronized creatine monhydrate. Its mono but the grain is a lot finner. When you open the bottle you will see what I mean. Not pricy at all.

creatine can make u bloat a little depends on the individual though. would personally always incoporate whether bulkin up or goin for the defined look.

don't use creatine all the time it needs to be cycled. roughly 11 weeks on, 4 weeks off

Thats used to be true but sometime last year a study came out thats said creatine was safe to take continuously given you are driniking adequate amount of water thorought. They did a study showing long use did not effect the body. Theres so many studys on this stuff its hard to keep up.

maybe so but i'd stick to the usual cycle of a week load & a 11 week maintenance & 6 weeks off, lol
i wouldn't want to higher the risks in losing my liver, lol

no I agree with you. Just wanted to inform on new publidhed research. Just like when everyone tried to say that creatine was dangerous and then I believe in 2003 they came out with a published study showing that creatine was totaly safe with adequate water intake.
