questions about some supps

Hi there, i just bought 3 supplements because i was training clean and wanted to restart to take some stuff to workout better, so i bought these 3:

GNC L-glutamine caps
GNC Creatine monohydrate
GNC 100 % whey protein

any recommendation?

i bought the whey protein because it contains around 80 servings and each serving has 20 grams of protein, that's what i like, but i want to hear your opinions, thanks!

GNC, generally speaking, has usually overpriced, useless, MuscleTech products. Now, I'm not saying that EVERYTHING is bad, as the Whey is prob okay, but it's pretty hard to mess Whey up. As for some of the other things, I'm not 100% sure about, usually because I don't shop at GNC, but I assume they were fairly expensive? Do some looking in your area for some supp shops. I shop at BodyMax, but that's because the owner is my brother's best friend and I get supps and pretty much what ever I want for dirt cheap OR it *cough* falls off the back of a truck.

GNC is crap fullstop...there's only a couple around london, been to them, wasn't impressed...
i even had one staff member ask me ' DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ' this was my breaking point, i just laughed & walked out
back then i was 270lbs+ & this 160lb guy was asking me a question like i didn't know what the **** i was doing there...jackass

Before you go invest anymore money into supps you have to do some research otherwise they will take you for every dollar you have. GNC does have some good supps but they keep them on the back shelves and keep all the shiny muscletech **** out front to entise people to come into their store. If you dont know much about their products they will tell you this big speach that they read off of some promotional poster with all these big offical words that make their products sound superior to all others, this is not the case though most times they dont actually know what they are saying its just a rehearsed speach.

I wouldnt shop at GNC but like Beefcake said said its hard to mess up the basic supplements. I did some research on them once and know for a fact that there line of basic stuff is pretty good or at least as good as other brands but they are over priced. There own brand is a little more realistic in pricing compared to the name brand which they sell at retail when everyone else sell below wholesale. 300 g creatine there I bet you bought for 12 dollars. You can find it for 9 dollars. Just a example.

thanks for all the comments, i know muscletech doesn't work as they say, but from the supps that i bought i want to know is they are good, if it works, maybe is a little overprice but i will know now, i was looking for ON whey protein but they didin't have it. so the 3 supps that i bought despite from the brand, are they a good combination?

yer they are good for the basics. maybe add a multivatimin, fish oil and your pretty much good to go

agreed... only go to gnc when in a dire need... vitamin shoppe is cheaper. they sell at the gold card price.

other than that, online is the best "whey" to go <- get it? lol, sorry. been up for a while!

it's a good basic stack... through in some fish oil and multi-vitamins. you should be good to go.
