Well I'm kind of fat and i want a six pack by the time my birthday comes up in October and I'm going to be fifteen then and i want to weight somewhat in between 155 lb - 165 lb and i weight about 178 lb so any suggestions like in my workouts? I'm thinking that maybe instead of taking two pills before i eat just eat one because I'm kind of broke and i want it too last for a while longer what should i do?

well u dont have to rely on those pills too much, just dont eat alot of carbs, make breakfast your biggest meal, and do alot of cardio related activites. eat good clean foods and u should be able to reach your goal. hope this helps.

Agree with bulk. Hydroxycut is a MuscleTech Product which in turn, makes them shitty. MuscleTech has way too many negative stories and experiances to have the pros out weigh the cons. MuscleTech is also too expensive for what you're getting, which is nothing. If you're looking for weight loss pills, try Lipo-6, they actually work. I'm really sorry to hear your taking that stuff, I would think that at 15 yo, you would be pretty active.

I hope the best results for you on the product. I'm cutting now. I eat a healthy breakfast and I keep moving the rest of the day,,

Don't be sedentary,,( meaning don't sit down on the couch).. Drink alot of water and eat smaller meals throughtout your day..

Again it's just my opinion. Your young get outside and do stuff.

just some advice for you akuma, stay away from muscletech products, no matter how nice the wrapper on the bottle looks..i will admit, it looks professionally done..but inside each bottle is 180 tabs of bullshit. So save yourself some money and dont listen to the scams they present. And anything ending in tech or kic means they do not work as well

listen to my boy beefcake, lipo 6 will work for you..but even if your just turning 15, i would stay away from those products anyway..just do cardio 4 times a week and correct your diet by asking us here at the dungeon.

I used to take diet pills and the problem is you will believe that they work because you'll feel amped...in actuality your heart is going into overdrive and you'll end up getting PVC's by the time you're my age. (PVC's are when your ventricles in your heart contract before they're supposed to causing retrograde bloodflow and ultimately congestive heart failure down the line)

Best advice I can give you is eat your oatmeal and eggs in the morning with some whey protein, get your cardio in and don't eat carbs 3 hours prior to sleep. Lose weight the safe way and your body will thank you
