I've been working out off and on for a while used to take ad-energy by optimum nutrition in the tabs I had great results with this however they don't make it in a tab anymore, I'm looking for a product that will have the same sort of effects, what are the best products as far as strength gains go, and are the test products that you can pick up at GNC even worth my time?

It depends on what it is. Usually GNC is MuscleTech shit, which might as well be expensive baby powder, as they usually are crappy. Some things may work, like M1D, M-Test (but it's usually fairly expensive), Gaspari and LaBrada products are usually pretty legit. It all depends on how YOU react to the products, as many have different results. But whatever you do, stay away from MuscleTech products.

incarnate is another GREAT supp by palo alto labs...
PA labs products are all BRILLIANT, although i've not tried incarnate, i've tried aspire (sexual stimulator, lol not that i need it but it's amazing) & leviathan (fat-burner)

I found it on the supp forum page about half way down it's advertising a sale and it's one of the products for sale on there. it's pretty cheap so i didn't know if it was really effective
