thanks guys, i heard if i take that or any pill like it with a nitrix type pill it will act like a sterioid, i didnt think it was true and i was worried about the whole estrogen thing. lol

Ya man not true at all... Just stick with a good diet and change up your work out every month or so your body will adapt to it and you will not gain as well.
