Hey guys, I know some of you have been asking when I was going to start this product. I actualy started on monday night. This stuff kicks in quick. First day I went from 220 to 217.4. seemed like it got rid of a lot of water weight right away. This is a dry compound. This morning I was back up to 219 but leaner. I will keep you guys updated.

Whats up guys. Today felt pretty good. Pump was awsome. Its so easy for me to see the difference on cycle because I work out at 5:30 am so by the time I got to gold I ready to go. lol Today was shoulders and traps.

-seated dumbell press 3 sets 5 x 110s
-Dumbell side raises 3 sets 6 x 60s
- seated dumbell rear delts 2 sets 5 x65s
- barbell upright rows 2 sets 5 x 185

- barbell 3 sets heavy 5 x 405
-225 repped out for two sets slightly bent over to isolate the rear traps.

Today I weighed in at about 220 so still slightly going up.

Sweet lifts Orbit. Try Haney shrugs for traps, they work great. For shoulders, I just learned about this one exersise called a "high snatch pull". It's great for legs and shoulders.

Just about every feedback thread I have seen showed about a 10% increase in strength in the first seven days. It shares a lot of characteristics of Masteron, vascularity, hardness, etc.

Yes I noticed that. I have seen a lot of threads on this being a mild compound but it actualy kicked in quite fast for me I am pretty experienced so I started out at 30 mg and only in day 3 I dropped water weight, went up a pound and my muscles have become hard. The pumps are really nice in the gym too. I decide to put my nitric oxide away until PCT because I dont need it.

Hey guys sorry I havent posted for a while. Been Busy. Today was nice to relax and recover. My body needed it. Yeserday hit bis and tris.

bis
- straight bar curl 4 x 135 for 3 sets Then I pyramid down on these on the last set. I only do this while on cycle.
-Dumberll curls superset 2sets 6 x 60s
superset 4x 70s hammer curls
- 2 sets preacher curls 6x 105

tris
-close grip bench 2 sets 5x 285
-skull crusheres 2 sets 5x 125
- pull downs
-weighted dips.

Arms were pumped when I got home they measured almost 19 after a workout. When I flexed it felt like ly kin was going to tear. looool

Diet lagged a little yesterday because it was famil day but other than that has been good I am now finding it easier to get closer to 3500 calories. I am going to throw a weight gainer in soon because my goal is 4000 calories.
