I know it's important to eat well and take certain things on non-training days to keep yourself going but I was wondering about a few things. I have Super Pump 250 and I was wondering if I could just take it before I work out to make it last longer? Or should I stick to taking it everyday. It seems like a product that I use mostly just to explode when I'm in the gym so I didn't think I needed it on non days, but I could be wrong. Any thoughts on keeping progress going strong on non days?

I would go by the directions on the bottle. If its got creatine in it then I would take it everyday to keep ur creatine levels high unless your taking another product that has creatine in it. Also I would take it in the morning on non training days.

only take it before workouts, personally i dont like thaat product because of the side effects it gave me.. if theres creatine in it its enough to take everyday take ur creatine supplement seperatly
