what you think about me taking a nitric oxide supp, im 16 about 190 pretty lean been training for almost 2 years. so should i wait a bit or do you think it would be fine for me to be taking something like nitrix. thanks

usually you would wait. but i know i tried no2 when i was like 17 ish? and it worked really well. i think it mostly depends on yourself and your body. alot of people will say either way.

Diet diet diet. Unless that is down to a T, forget about supps working to their fullest. Besides that there is no problem for you to take it.

yeah get you foundation built first with diet and smal supplements like poritein and vitamins and if you need a boost in your workouts then I dont see a problem. But remember theres no splid proof that it helps build muscle. So dont be shocked if you dont get the results you thought. I will say this it will help shuttle nutrients and and creatine sense most NO have creatine now.
