need a decent brand

ok guys i used mono then switched to ester creatine, i found that mono works the best, however i dont get the blo0ated look with esterfied creatine. how many of you use mono and whats a good brand to buy?? thanks all. oo and if anyone has a routine please post one for me, im 16 almost 17 and can lift everyday. Im not new at this. thanks

My choice for creatine mono has always been the gnc brand. It's cheap, 12 dollars for 1000grams (or 200 servings). The only complaint that I have about it is that it can be a little gritty. I always get the unflavored one.

If you want a routine just look around the training section or through the training log section there are tones there.

I agree REAL gritty but its cheap and who effective, and who cares if its gritty it doesnt have a tast, I have taken it with water numerous times.

CEE tastes awful like pure chemicals!!! its disgusting!

Exactly! I take it with water and my protein. I chug all my postwork stuff together. I put water, mono, juice and protein, shake and down it.

ok cool, can i take it with juice or anything as well? and any other brands you recomend?i have the vitamin shop 100% creatine mono non flavored but its almost out.

I take my mono with Grape Juice, post-workout, but in one of the other threads recently, Thomas talked about when to take it with juice and stuffs.

CEE tasted like crap so, i switched to mono. CEE is something i'd put in my friends drink. hehe
