ive always heard from you guys that mixing your creatine mono with fruit juice works well...i was just curious of which kinds of fruit juice is good to use..cause im gonna run up to the store lol

IMO, the best juice to have with most powders or mixes is, suprisingly, White Grape juice from Welche's

Yeah Grape will hide any finky taste plus has some good carbs and suger to help transort the creatine. Thats why if you notice most flavored preworkout drinks offer grape as one of the flavors

nah it doesnt and i have tasted monkeys ass so i would know lol..... the only juice i drink is orange or apple/guava

today i mixed my creatine up with a drink called "Superman" lol its awsome
