I use it and i love it, ive tried every type of creatine this one works the best, for me anyways.

i didnt get bloated, and i noticed my muscles were more full then when i was on mono

No bloating at all and my muscles look and feel nice and full. Good gains in strenght too.

One of the best types of creatine IMHO, I'll never just use plain Creatine Monohydrate for sure.

Ya my budy uses it and it made him look more "fuller", without the bloating. He used that Purple K stuff I think.
