I use Optimum Nutrition. I get 200 caps for about 12 dollars. One serving 2 caps is 1000 mg.

ON is a good company. As far as flavor I dont think there is flavored BCAAS but if there is GRAPE. Thats the only flavor I have foung to hide to fowl powder taste.

answer to question 2, bcaa you should take for the rest of your life, so yes, it's good on & off season
