ive been taking a multi-vitamin with the rest of my supplements for about 2 years now...it makes my piss glow but thats besides the point ahhaha....is there really a point of me even taking this? im 20 years old am i just passing it through thats why my piss glows? cause i was thinking about not taking them nemore cause i didnt kno if there was really a point..?? or is this essential just like protein.? thanks for the replies in advance.

i always think taking a multivitamin is a good thing to do anyways...regardless of how old you are...

that is because it has alot of minerals in it..that can aid if you get sick..and also keep your systems running smooth as silk in your body.

no answer for the glowing piss tho...because i dont have that problem lol
