Hey guys, would anyone be kind to tell me if my current supplement usage is good or bad and what I may need to add.

1. Creatine Mono - 12 weeks ON 6 weeks OFF
2. BCAA- Drink during workout.
3. Free Form Amino Acids- before and after workout
4. Whey Protein- Morning, pre and post owrkout
5. Casein Protein-Bedtime
6. Fish Oil- 5 grams a day

this is my opinion,
Creatine Mono dont have to cycle unless you just want to. As long as you drink lots of water, no side effects

5g bcaa before and after you workout

Everything else is good.

A study came out recently proving that creating is safe as long as propper amount of water is taken in every day but before the study was done thats what was believed. But its still not to be taken lightly. WATER, WATER WATER.

all you have to do is take the regular amount of water that your suppost too during the day...you dont have to drink too much water..but the more water you drink the better your gains are..but there is a limit

^^^No you have to take more than you normaly do when taking creatine. The recomended amount is 8-10 8oz cups of water. I know when taking Creatine Mono I drink a lot more water than that. Just keep sipping on water all day. When you get thirsty thats sighns of dehytration
