ok, so i am 20 years old and in the army... stationed in south korea.
i want to start lifting

with some supps but i don't want to waste money. can someone help me out with a stack or something. even a work out plan. i want to drop the fat and build the muscle...
right now i am taking Lypo 6x by Nutrex Research for a fat burner. i am also taking some amino acids (Amino 2222) basically because someone told me that the Leucine would stop the fat burner from hitting the muscle and go straight for the fat cells.
i also bought some joint lubricant from GNC, once again... someone told me it would help out. i can feel a difference from the joint stuff already (it's been like three days)
