ok, so i am 20 years old and in the army... stationed in south korea.

i want to start lifting with some supps but i don't want to waste money. can someone help me out with a stack or something. even a work out plan. i want to drop the fat and build the muscle...

right now i am taking Lypo 6x by Nutrex Research for a fat burner. i am also taking some amino acids (Amino 2222) basically because someone told me that the Leucine would stop the fat burner from hitting the muscle and go straight for the fat cells.

i also bought some joint lubricant from GNC, once again... someone told me it would help out. i can feel a difference from the joint stuff already (it's been like three days)

SOMEONE HELP PLEASE

When buying creatine, don't buy the liquid version. You should also invest in either flaxseed oil or fishcod oil for some of the essential fats you need.

Whats up bro Welcome. Dial in your nutrition first. Not saying becaome a bodybuilder because I know what its like to be bodybuilding in the military. NO TIME. But once you have a regime that you get used to Have to pick up some whey at least for before and after your workouts, Creatine mono will help you tons. Safe as long as you drink lots of water. Dont worry about what other people say "oh you loose muscle when you stop taking it" you dont loose muscle you loose water. Aminos are good, but pick up BCAAS contains Leucine and is more cost effective. Also try and fet your supplements from a online source. I know most websites can get you stuff out there via military address. You will save a lot of money. Look at nutraplanet.com and compare the prices for what your paying right now. You will see what Im talking about.

Once you have that foundation built, with a proper workout scheduale you should yield great results.
