CEE vs. MONO

Hey guys, i know this has been discussed before, and i apologize if its a redundency but i was just curious if anyone had a link or any type of deffinative answer to which from of creatine is better, MONO or CEE

Personal experience and Scientific research. No solid research published proving tha CEE is better than Mono. CEE has a Patent pending because of that. Well thats one of the reasons anyways.

CEE is better IMO better quiltey size without that much bloat and no loading with CEE

You really don't needto load with mono either. It just takes longer to saturate the muscles without loading. And I prefer the bloating, the water retention is intermuscular, thats a plus.

Not being a **** at all but do you really notice that? Becasue in feedback that I have received it like companring pepsi and coca cola. Hard to do but the thing you notice for sure with mono is a little bloat but I prefer that as well. A little extra water weight is not hard to get rid of at all.

I am currently taking CEE. I WILL NEVER BUY IT AGAIN IT IS TERRIBLE MONO IS WAY BETTER!!!!! I DONT LIKE CEE AT ALL!!!

I've been taking CEE for like a month and omg does it have the worst taste ever! So i took it with grape juice. And it makes me bloated as hell! And not much results, really..

I just ordered some mono so, by what everyone is saying in here, hopefully i'll see some real results..

yeah tried cee for my first time last year. Sucked. I knew better too.
