A few questions.
1. Is your diet in order?
2. If your diet is in order are you bulking and cutting properly?

Your not going to see amazing gains in just three months, it doesn't work like that. Supplements won't make much of a difference if your diet isn't good. You have to depend on your diet for size and your supplements to fill in the holes. Your only just at 3 months, so you wouldn't need to get into any test boosters just yet.
Heres a list of supplements you should buy:
1. Whey protein (Optimum Nutrition is best)
2. Creatine monohydrate (Whatever brand you prefer, but not something with fillers and not the liquid)
3. Flaxseed or fish oil
4. A solid multivitamin
5. Branched chain amino acid supplement.
